Boarding Staff Each Boarding House has a team of pastoral staff who live in the House. They help students to settle into their new environment as quickly as possible and ensure that their stay at Alexanders is a happy one. The welfare of our students is our paramount concern. Boarding Houses Students who are enrolled on the Foundation Course for UK Boarding Schools will normally share with one other student. Students on shorter courses may share with one, two or three others. Bedrooms are light and airy with comfortable bunk beds, plenty of space for clothes and desks where students can work during the evenings. Each bedroom has a wash hand basin and on each corridor there are bathrooms, showers and toilets. All bedding is provided, although students do need to bring their own towels. Each Boarding House has a student Common Room where students can meet in their free time to watch television, play board games, read or talk about their day. A classroom in each House is set aside for study. There is a simple kitchen in each of the Houses where students can prepare a snack during the evening or at weekends. Meals
