Foundation Course students must wear Alexanders school uniform.  This consists of:

Outside the classroom, students are expected to dress neatly and appropriately.  Whilst smart jeans and trainers are allowed during students' free time, they are not permitted during class time or on educational visits. 

On arrival, students will be issued with 2 Alexanders sweatshirts, the cost of which will be charged to the student's School Uniform Account.  Any other items of school uniform required can be bought on arrival and the cost charged to the student's account.

English for Education Course Students
Students on English for Education courses also need to wear the school uniform. The cost of the sweatshirt has been included in course fees and will be given to the student on arrival.

Students on any of the English PLUS courses during the summer, English PLUS Multi Activities and Intensive English courses during the academic year are not required to wear school uniform.

All students
Outside school time, students may wear their own casual clothing.  There is a laundry service but students must bring sufficient changes of clothing to allow time for laundry to be returned.

At all times of year it is important to have an outdoor coat in case of unexpected bad weather in the summer and to protect against colder weather, which can begin in October and continue through to May of each year. 

Laundry
Alexanders International School provides a laundry service.  It is very important that all clothing is clearly marked with the student's name and that all items are suitable for machine washing and tumble drying.  A dry cleaning service is available at extra cost.
